Lamb Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sacks ground lamb meat
1 lb. hamburger meat
2 eggs
1 piece brown bread, crumbled
1 c. V-8 tomato juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, combine lamb and hamburger meat.
Add 2 eggs, V-8 juice and crumbled brown bread.
Mix items together. Add seasonings to include dry mustard, garlic salt, black pepper, cumin, thyme and basil.
Combine all meat and seasonings; add Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce.
Form into a meat loaf; cover top with tomato sauce.
Place in oven at 350\u00b0 for approximately 50 minutes.
