Noodle Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fine noodles
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick oleo
1 tbsp. butternut flavoring
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. ricotta cheese
Preparation

Break up noodles and boil in salted water.
Drain and toss with oleo.
Beat eggs.
Add ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar and flavoring.
Add milk and noodles.
Combine all.
Butter 9x13 pan. Pour in and dot with butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn off oven when edges are brown and leave pan in oven for 5 mins.
