Tex-Mex Dip(Light) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium ripe avocados
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. \"no fat\" sour cream
    1/2 c. \"lo-fat\" mayo
    1 large can vegetarian refried beans
    3 c. chopped tomatoes
    2 c. (3 1/2 oz.) chopped ripe olives
    8 oz. shredded \"lo-cal\" Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (dry)
Preparation
    Mash, peel and pit avocados.
    Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning in separate bowl. Spread refried beans on a large shallow serving platter.
    Top with seasoned avocado mixture.
    Layer sour cream taco mixture.
    Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes and olives.
    Cover with cheese.
    Serve chilled or at room temperature with lo-fat tortilla chips.
