Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. butter
    8 medium carrots, peeled and quartered
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can consomme
    1/2 tsp. sugar and nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook onions and parsley in butter for 5 minutes.
    Add carrots, consomme, sugar and nutmeg.
    Cover; cook for 15 minutes.
    Uncover; cook 15 minutes longer, or until carrots are tender and sauce is slightly thick.
