Veg-All Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz.) corn bread mix
1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Spoon into lightly greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes before cutting (leftover chopped, cooked ham or sausage can be added; 1/2 package Mexican corn bread mix and 1/2 regular corn bread mix make a flavorable taste).
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
