Cheese Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    4 cubes chicken bouillon
    1 to 3 cups of diced potatoes
    1 bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
    1/2 chopped onion (optional)
    3 cups water
    1 large jar Cheese Whiz
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into a crock pot and cook for 4 hours.
