Butterscotch Crunches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch bits
    1 (6 oz.) can dry chow mein noodles
    1 medium can cocktail peanuts
Preparation
    Melt
    the
    butterscotch
    bits in double boiler.
    Remove from heat and stir in a can of cocktail peanuts and chow mein noodles. Drop
    by
    spoonful\ton
    foil
    covered cookie sheets. Place\tin cool area or refrigerator until firm.
    Makes a very large
    batch. Takes
    about
    15 minutes to make.
    You can very easily
    cut
    this recipe in half by simply using 1 package of bits,
    etc.
    Don't make them too large as they are very sweet and smaller looks neater for a party tray.
