Stuffed Peppers(Foil Wrapped On Open Fire) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chili sauce
    salt to taste
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut off the stem ends of the peppers; remove the seeds and discard.
    Boil pepper shells for 5 minutes in lightly salted water; drain.
    Combine remaining ingredients and stuff peppers. Wrap in a double layer of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
    Bake in medium hot coals for 20 to 30 minutes.
