Diabetic - Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. frozen apple juice concentrate
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    6 envelopes Equal brand sweetener
    4 c. or more thinly sliced apples
Preparation
    Combine juice and cornstarch in small saucepan; thicken over low heat until clear.
    Add margarine, cinnamon and Equal.
    Mix with apples.
    Place in prepared crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
