Oil Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. canola oil
3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Mix flour and salt. Add oil.
Mix well. Sprinkle cold water over mixture. Stir in with fork.
The mixture will form into a ball. Divide into two balls, one ball a little larger to be the bottom crust.
Roll out between wax paper.
Recipe may be halved. Quick, good and easy.
