Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 c. quick-cook rice
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown sausage. Break into pieces and drain well. Add other ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until bubbly with slight browning around the edges.
