Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. cold water
Preparation

Sift together flour and salt; add shortening and cut until mixture resembles corn meal.
Combine egg, vinegar and water and add flour mixture.
Stir lightly with a fork until dough follows fork in the bowl.
Form into 4 balls and chill.
Makes two 9-inch double pie crusts.
