Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    1 egg, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. crushed crackers (can use Pepperidge Dressing mix)
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
    Drain well.
    Combine all but crackers, cheese and margarine.
    Pour broccoli mixture in 2-quart casserole bowl.
    Sprinkle top with cheese, then on top of cheese sprinkle with crackers and dot with margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
