Cranberry Nut Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water (use part pineapple juice)
1/2 c. ginger ale
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 container crushed cranberry sauce (try the one for chicken)
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. applesauce
3/4 c. coarsely chopped walnut meats
Preparation

Dissolve strawberry and lemon gelatins in boiling water.
Add cold water, pineapple juice and ginger ale.
Refrigerate until partially set.
Stir in cranberry sauces, crushed pineapple, applesauce and walnut meats.
Pour into a 7 1/2 x 11-inch pan or 10-cup gelatin mold.
Allow to set until firm.
