Blue Cheese Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese (2 oz.)
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease an 8-inch square pan.
    Combine all ingredients; mix until blended.
    Spread in prepared pan.
    Bake until firm to touch and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
    Cool slightly.
    Cut into squares and serve warm.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
