Mexican Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can green chilies, chopped
    8 oz. or more grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
    Pour 1/2 batter into an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Top with 1/2 of cheese.
    Pour remaining batter and top with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
