White (Light) Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sugar or 3 c.
    1 lb. flour or 3 c.
    1/2 lb. butter or 1 c.
    1 c. water
    1/4 lb. figs
    1/2 lb. crystallized pineapple
    whites of 8 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 lb. white raisins
    1 lb. almonds
    1/2 citron (optional)
    1 large coconut, grated or substitute frozen coconut
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well; put into greased pan.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 until well done.
