Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. Crisco
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil and cook 2 minutes.
    Add confectioners sugar.
    Beat.
    Can be thinned with canned milk.
