Quick Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large sweet onions, sliced
    12 Ritz-type crackers, crushed
    1 lb. brown and serve sausage, crumbled
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place half of the onions on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
    Layer with the crushed crackers, sausage, remaining onions, soup, salt and cheese.
    Bake for 1 hour, until golden, and serve.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
