Ingredients

5 c. raw rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
5 c. sugar
1 (No. 2 size) can crushed pineapple
2 boxes strawberry Jell-O
Preparation

Combine rhubarb, sugar and pineapple and let stand overnight. Bring to a boil and cook 20 minutes.
Take off stove immediately and add the two boxes of strawberry Jell-O.
Stir until dissolved. Seal in hot jars.
