French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Campbell's consomme
    1/2 can water
    1 c. sliced onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 slices Mozzarella cheese or pkg. Shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 pkg. Croutons (Brownberry's croutons are good)
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until tender, about 15 minutes. Add consomme and water and 1/2 teaspoon salt; heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
    Place cheese in 3 bowls.
    Pour soup over cheese and add about 1/2 cup croutons to each bowl.
