Chicken Soup-Bulgaria(Pileshka Soopa) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pound chicken
    5 Tbsp. oil
    2 chopped onions
    1 tsp. red pepper
    2 dashes salt
    1 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Cut chicken into pieces and saut in oil.
    Take out.
    Saut onions.
    When soft, add red pepper, mix in salt and 1 quart water, bring to a boil.
    Add chicken and simmer until soft.
    Add 1/4 cup water to a boil with flour, stirring until flour is mixed thoroughly.
    Add flour mixture to soup and stir well.
    Serves 6.
