Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    2 c. celery or 1 tsp. celery seed
    1 jar pimentos
    1 can sauerkraut, drained
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Let mixture chill overnight.
    This is great with fish.
    Store in jar in refrigerator.
    Great with fish or hot dogs on sandwiches.
