Peppery Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef top round steak
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. broccoli, cut up
    2 medium carrots, sliced
Preparation
    Partially freeze beef.
    Cut on the bias into thin bite size strips.
    For marinade, combine soy sauce, sugar, 1 tablespoon of the oil, garlic, pepper and red pepper.
    Stir in beef.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
