Onion-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, cut in large chunks
1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients.
Close bag and shake or toss in bowl until potatoes are evenly coated.
Empty potatoes in shallow baking or roasting pan; discard bag.
