Green Beans Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
    1 c. sour cream
    2 cans French-style green beans
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In skillet simmer onion in butter.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Mix well and add sour cream.
    Blend with cooked beans. Pour into a shallow baking dish.
    Top with grated cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
