Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. corn
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. crushed cracker crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients and put in 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish.
Bake 1 hour.
