Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chopped green onions
    5 lb. potatoes, mashed
    1 stick butter
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 until warm (can make ahead and freeze).
