Cincinnati Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. water
    2 lb. ground round
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 to 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook meat in water until brown.
    Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low 3 hours, stirring often.
    Serve over spaghetti with grated Cheddar cheese and chopped onion.
