Currant Nut Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. (1 lb.) confectioners sugar
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. currants
Preparation
    Plump currants by
    soaking
    in\t1/4 cup hot water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
