Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients and cut in shortening.
    Add buttermilk. Add sufficient flour to work dough.
    Roll out and cut.
    Bake until light brown, 10 to 12 minutes at 450\u00b0.
