Mild, Fresh Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium tomatoes (6 c. total), peeled, seeded and chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. chopped green bell peppers
5 Tbsp. lime juice
4 Tbsp. fresh, chopped parsley
2 whole, chopped jalapeno peppers
2 chile peppers
1 tsp. salt
6 cloves pressed garlic
1 can tomato sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Can be used after a few hours as is or can be simmered in crock-pot until soft, then cool and use.
