Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, crusts cut off
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 lb. cooked sausage
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    salt and pepper (as desired)
Preparation
    Layer bread, cheese and sausage.
    Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt and pepper. Pour mixture over bread, cheese and sausage. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. May be refrigerated.
