Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 can whole corn
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with grated cheese the last 5 minutes (optional).
