Diabetic Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
    2 lb. top round steak
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. dry red wine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut steak into 1-inch cubes.
    In skillet, sprayed with Pam, brown meat slowly.
    Transfer to 1 1/2-quart casserole with tight fitting cover.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Serve on toast, rice or noodles.
    Remember to add bread exchange.
    Yields 4 cups (8 servings).
