Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. apples, chopped
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat 2 eggs.
Add sour cream.
Stir in flour, vanilla and salt.
Mix well.
Stir in chopped, peeled cooking apples.
Pour into 9-inch deep dish pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine margarine, brown sugar and flour.
After pie has baked for 15 minutes, remove from oven.
Sprinkle prepared mixture over top of pie.
Return pie to oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is set.
Cool completely on wire rack.
