Bull Dog Gravy - Arkansas Native - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. shortening
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Cook until thickened and serve over baking powder biscuits (hot).
Serves 4. Kids love it and it's cheap and filling.
