Half Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    2 sticks butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 eggs, beaten separately
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and flour. Beat until fluffy.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
