Dashprika Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    2 large chicken legs
    1 celery stalk (with leaves), chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 large yellow pepper
    1 tsp. Italian dressing
    1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
    dash of sea salt
    dash of black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. wheat flour
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Place water, chicken
    legs,
    celery and onion in medium heavy pot.
    Simmer
    lovingly
    for
    1/2
    hour.
    Put
    remaining ingredients, except yellow pepper, into pot.
    Cook 1/2 hour on low heat.
    Make
    wheat\tflour
    stiffening and stir gently into pot. Add yellow\tpepper\tand
    cook
    just until tender.
    Serve with rice or mashed potatoes and a tossed green salad.
    Serves 2.
