Aunt Leah'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated raw carrots
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 small can crushed pineapple (save 1/4 c. juice)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Combine two mixtures.
    Fold in carrots, pineapple and nuts.
    Pour into 11 x 13-inch oiled and floured pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
