Sicilian Calzones Ricotta And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pizza dough
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. Romano cheese
    1/2 c. Italian parsley
    1 c. Spanish onions
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 egg, beaten (brush over top)
Preparation
    Oil cookie sheet or pizza pan.
    With rolling pin, roll pizza dough on floured board as thick as pizza.
    Saute onions and parsley until golden.
    Spread Ricotta on dough.
    Top with onions, parsley, Mozzarella, salt, pepper and Romano cheese.
    Drizzle with olive oil.
    Fold dough to form a pocket (log) and place on cookie sheet.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for about 1/2 hour.
