Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. soft butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Rub 4 large baking potatoes with shortening; prick.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
    Increase oven temperature to 400\u00b0.
    Cut slice from top of each potato; scoop out inside.
    Mash potatoes.
    Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup milk in small amounts, beating after each addition.
    Add 1/4 cup soft butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
    Beat until potatoes are fluffy. Fill potato shells.
    Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
    Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 4 servings.
