Oven Shortribs And Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. beef shortribs
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. hot water
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
6 oz. noodles
Preparation

Trim ribs and cut in bite size pieces.
Combine dry ingredients in a bag and coat ribs a few at a time.
Arrange meat in a roasting pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 450\u00b0, turning meat occasionally for about 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
Spoon off and discard fat from pan.
Add water and soup mix.
Cover tightly.
Cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until tender.
Stir noodles into pan juices.
Cover and return to oven for 20 minutes.
