Barbecued Pork In Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 pork cutlets (1/4 lb. each)
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt.
    Use to coat pork cutlets.
    Heat oil in a large skillet and cook cutlets until well browned on both sides.
    Stir in ketchup, molasses, lemon juice and 1/4 cup water. Heat to boiling, stirring to loosen brown bits from bottom of skillet.
    To serve, place cutlet on hamburger bun and spoon sauce over it.
