Salmon Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans boneless, skinless salmon (reserve liquid)
    1/2 c. flour
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
Preparation
    Drain salmon, save 1/4 to 1/3 cup liquid.
    Flake salmon in bowl.
    Stir in 1 egg.
    Add flour a little at a time.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add baking powder to liquid, stir with a fork until foams.
    Add to salmon mixture.
    Drop by teaspoon into hot oil, fry until golden.
