Easy Tuna-Cheese-Broccoli Pie - cooking recipe

1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 can (7 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Prepare your own pastry shell or use a frozen one.
In bowl, beat eggs, blend in milk with whisk, add mayonnaise, mustard, flaked tuna and thawed broccoli.
Pour into unbaked pastry shell and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in moderate oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until custard is set in center.
Remove from oven, let stand 10 minutes and cut into wedges to serve.
Yields 6 servings.
