Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. Carnation Cream
    3 Tbsp. Cocoa
    1/4 c. white syrup
Preparation
    Mix and cook to hard boil.
    Boil 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat on high speed to spreading consistency.
    Spread on cake.
