Texas Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. hot salsa
    1/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. frozen corn kernels
    1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; let sit in oiled pan or glass dish 20 minutes.
    Cook at 420\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until you can pull a clean toothpick in center.
    Butter top when removed from oven; let stand 5 minutes and enjoy! So good.
    Serves 6. Everyone will want more!
