Diet Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large onions
5 stalks celery and leaves
1 medium can tomatoes
4 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried
1 small bell pepper, chopped
3 carrots
1/2 pkg. frozen peas
Preparation

Dice vegetables and cover with water.
Cook until tender, but don't overcook.
Season with salt and pepper.
