"Jack Cheese And Hot Pepper" Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. condensed milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    8 to 10 oz. cheese (2/3 Jack/pepper, 1/3 Cheddar)
    1 large bag frozen broccoli, seasoned to taste and cooked
    1/4 lb. shaved ham
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Bake pricked pie shells until just crisp.
    Combine mayo and milk; add eggs.
    Add flour.
    Add cheese, ham and broccoli.
    Pour in shells.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
